This widget let's you see/leave comments with regard to the document, or a segment in particular. This is also used to see the revisions made for segments.

To leave a comment for a specific segment, enter this segment it and click on the comment icon. This will open the Timeline (if hidden) and you will be ready to enter type your comment:
