The pricelist showing Default is the current default pricelist for clients in the system. Another pricelist can be set to this by clicking on Set default. Click on Details to the right of an item to view further information about a pricelist.

You can manage pricelists (edit or create new pricelists) or assign a pricelist to the client by clicking on Manage/Assign in the upper right corner of the screen.
