The Help Message will appear in a tooltip box after clicking on the Question Mark to the right of the option name in the form. It will appear similar to what is shown below: 

Tip

One all configurations have been completed, you will need to click on OK to save your changes.

User options will appear as selections for the Type of Work option on the order form, as shown below.
