Microsoft permits training of their MT with your own memories. Microsoft further now proposes a neural machine translation system. This page introduces how this is configured.

Microsoft Hub - MT training
The "category" parameter which Microsoft uses to select training + neural + statistical MT can be configured here for the languages you require and the ones supported by Microsoft:
If you have subscribed to Microsoft Hub you will be able to upload your own translation memories from Wordbee to Microsoft Hub for customized training. You are then given a Category ID that you would fill in the screen shown below:

Microsoft Cognitive Services provide out of the box and trainable machine translation.
The basic idea is that you build and then train your private systems with your translated documents or translation memories. Over time your machine translations will improve and match your terminology and phrasing.
To get started you need to create Microsoft Cognitive Services Translate projects, one per language combination you want to train. Each project is assigned a "category ID”, which you will have o fill in the Edit/Add a Microsoft Hub project configuration window.

Check back with Microsoft, but the policy is that if you train the system with a set of quality approved words you get the same amount of words translated for free. A win-win proposal.
