Once the addAdd-in is installed, your the Microsoft Word shows home ribbon displays a new Translate option in the Home ribbon. If, after installation, you cannot see this button please close and reopen re-open Word.

First time users - Login
Click the Translate button. If this is the very first time, a login dialog opensbox will open:
Enter your Account ID, Login and Password. These are the same credentials you maybe already use used to login to Wordbee Translator online. By clicking on "Connect Online", you're taking to the online login page for Wordbee Translator.
If you do not yet have a login, please ask your translation provider. "Connect Online" sends you to the online login page for Wordbee Translator.
If you encounter login problems, please read this page.
Translate selected text
Go to an email and select some text. Then press the Translate button and choose Translate Selection:

In our example we chose to paste back the translation:
Translate complete documents
You can ask the add-in to translate the entire document:

A notification pops up on your screen (in the bottom right corner) when the translation was downloaded to your PC.
View completed translations
You view completed translations with the View translations option in the Translate button menu:

The two icons on the right open the translated file or the folder containing the file, respectively. The latter is great if you want to copy or move the file.
Disconnect
The add-in remembers your credentials in encrypted form.

Now, in the About dialog click Disconnect to remove the saved credentials. The next time you ask for a translation the login dialog will open again.
User interface language
In the About dialog above you can change the language of the tool.
