Enter your Account IDLogin and Password. These are the same credentials used to login to Wordbee Translator online. By clicking on "Connect Online", you're taking taken to the online login page for Wordbee Translator.

Go to an email and select some text. Then press the Translate button and choose Translate Selection:

A dialog box opens to let you choose the language of the text and the language into which the text should be translated:

Click the Translate button, choose Translate attachments and click the attachment you want to get translated:

A dialog box will then open, asking you for to specify the languages and translation starts. Depending on the size of your document this may take anything from a few seconds to a few minutes.

A notification will pop-up on your screen (in the bottom right-hand corner) when the translation has been downloaded to your PC. Please read further:

This dialog box also shows any selected texts you had have sent for translation.

The two icons on the right open the translated file or the folder containing the file, respectively. The latter is great if you want to copy or move the file.

If you want the Add-in to "forget" your login, click the About link:

Now, in the About dialog Once you're in About, click Disconnect to remove the saved credentials. The next time you ask for a translation, the login dialog box will open again.

User interface language

In the Also in About dialog (above) you can change the language of the tool.
