After a few seconds the gist translation is ready and opens in Microsoft Word:
Translate attachments
If an email has attachments then you can get them translated. Let's look at this sample email with two attachments:
Click the Translate button, choose Translate attachments and click the attachment you want to get translated:
A dialog asks you for the languages and translation starts. Depending on the size of your document this may take anything from a few seconds to a few minutes.
A notification pops up on your screen (in the bottom right corner) when the translation was downloaded to your PC. Please read further:
View completed translations
You open completed translations with the View translations option of the Translate button menu:
This dialog also shows the selected text we had previously translated.
The icons on the right either open the translated file or open the folder that contains the translated file, respectively. The latter is great if you want to copy or move the file.
Disconnect
The addin remembers your credentials in encrypted form. This is very useful as you are then not required to login every time you use translation.
If you want the addin to "forget" your login the first click the About link:
The About dialog opens. Now click Disconnect to remove saved credentials. The next time you click Translate, the login dialog will open.
