In the Terminology Management and TBX customizationwindow, use the Access rights link to open the page where you can give or restrict access to your terminology management tool per type of user profile.
To check the access rights, select the user profile and go to Terminology Management tool.
The user has access to the Terminology Management tool if it is activated on the platform. See How to access Terminology Manager.
