You can view and edit your termbase either in the Terminology Manager Editor or

the Translation Editor.
How-to get here
Go to Resources and select Terminology databases.
Make sure you the Terminology tab is open.
Select your termbase.
The Resource details will open.
Go to Languages > View/Edit contents and open one of the languages either in Terminology manager or Translation Editor.
