Look and Feel of the Editor Space
Go to the top right corner of the editor and click on the Profile logo user icon. You will find there your Here, users can find their account details and gain access to the design preferences for the Editor.

The Design Preferences menu allows users to set their profile picture, select a color theme for the editor, and change the background of the translation editor.

By clicking on the profile picture Changing your profile logo and background picture is pretty straightforward. You can simply click on the current user picture and select a new one from your system (see screenshots below).
