Info

New
Managers can now closely monitor the quality of their resources (translation memories, project memories and terminology databases) and track the work of the linguists using the Activity with the help of the Maintenance and Statistics Dashboard. The dashboard can extract information from Wordbee Translator about the number of segments/concepts/terms created or updated by specific users within a specific date range. This is particularly useful when errors have been introduced in resources and you want to find out who is responsible for that error.

To view the number of concepts modified in a terminology database, open the termbase in the Editor and then access the Maintenance and Statistics. A dashboard will open showing you a summary of the changes.

  2. You can search using the following filters:

    • Status and bookmarks

    • Concepts by user

    • Terms by user

    • Concepts by date

    • Terms by date

The filters can be combined to optimize the search results.
